With the ongoing growth of our client base and products, we have an exciting opportunity for a customer-service focused individual to join our amazing team as a Client Success Specialist. This is a full-time role based at our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane.

As a key member of our Client Success Team, you will work as one of the 'faces' of Scout Talent - being the first point of contact for all incoming client support requests. These may come via phone, email, Live Chat - regardless of the channel, your main responsibility will be to use your technical proficiency, attention to detail and killer problem-solving skills to provide a professional and timely solution to our client's queries.

When you aren't responding to incoming requests, you will also be involved in the management of implementations for new clients and conducting training sessions for these clients on how to use the system (mostly over GoToMeeting), as well as general administration duties as required.

What we need from you

The great news is that although you'll be delivering software solutions for clients, you don't need industry experience - we will provide you with full training in this space!

That said, you will need to be a quick learner and moderately tech savvy in order to learn the Scout system to a level where you can then assist others in how to use it effectively. You will also need to have had experience in a customer service focused role, with confidence, well-developed communication skills and a professional phone manner, particularly when it comes to hosting web-based training sessions.

And finally - the right attitude is going to go a long way in securing your success in this role and the Scout Talent team. You need to be able to balance a drive for hitting quality KPIs, process improvements and a strong work ethic, with a personable manner, a flexible approach to teamwork and an unbreakable focus on providing customer service that exceeds expectations.  

Package & Perks

You'll be rewarded with a remuneration package circa $50,000-$60,000 including performance-based incentives.
