The Opportunity
At Scout Talent, Salesforce is critical to sales activity and results, client relationship management, client technical support, and tracking financial results and overall team performance. This newly-created role of Salesforce Administrator will be a major contributor to the use of this critical software and the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of the Salesforce CRM.
We have been using Salesforce for close to 15 years and have access to Premier Support.
Key objectives for the role are:
- Establish and maintain data integrity and data cleanse processes to ensure optimum system performance.
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
- Develop customised reports and dashboards.
- Manage operational processes, daily support requests, provide users with technical support and resolve day to day business requests.
- Support and troubleshoot Salesforce integration issues with platforms such as Pardot.
- Manage and support native Salesforce forms and custom built applications.
- Seek opportunities for continuous and process improvement within Salesforce.
To be considered for this role you must be a Certified Salesforce Administrators (ADM-201), with strong Salesforce experience, ideally gained in a SME commercial environment and experience with analytics, reporting and project management.
