Your new career

Scout Talent is looking for a Front End Developer, a UX-traordinaire, to help us in our mission to change the face of recruitment technology.

As Front End Developer with Scout Talent you'll be responsible for the front end functionality of our applications and creating the best possible solutions for our clients. 

Your main duties will include:

• Development and maintenance of our client's recruitment collateral (think careers websites, landing pages and email campaigns);
• Working with our product development team on new and existing recruitment applications; and
• Being the web development specialist on client implementations, offering recommendations that result in the best for our clients and their candidates.

Required skills and knowledge:

• At least 1-2 years proven experience as a Developer, delivering on an outcome for a business.
• HTML 5
• CSS 3
• JavaScript
• Git / Github
• High level attention to detail
• Strong sense of web design and UX fundamentals

Experience with Ruby on Rails, or similar MVC framework, will be highly regarded. Skills that are desirable, but not essential, include:

• Haml
• CoffeScript
• SASS
• Photoshop
