Your new career

• Leading Level 1 and Level 2 Customer Support teams (4 direct reports);
• Managing implementations, including complex ones for large organisations;
• Managing key accounts;
• Conducting demos alongside salespeople to assist in the acquisition of new business;
• Evolving our product and service delivery; and
• Overseeing revenue and profit responsibilities for the Operations team.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years leadership experience
• Experience in customer service and/or account management (ideal)
• Project management skills/experience (desirable)
• A technical mind (but experience in an IT or software business is not required!)
• Adaptability and calm approach to your work - you don't get easily flustered by challenges
• Confidence in your abilities and communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Polished and professional presentation
• Great written and verbal communication
• A sense of humour and positive attitude

The perks

On target earnings for this role are circa $70,000 - $80,000, including base salary, super and incentives.
