Scout Talent is now seeking an experienced Software Developer to help us solve our clients' recruitment technology challenges. We're after a driven Developer who's passionate about maintenance, process automation and continuous integration.
As a Developer with Scout Talent, you’ll be able to fully immerse yourself in a project and nail it. We provide our developers with autonomy and the freedom to use their initiative to propose new solutions and make their mark on our software.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as a back end development specialist, offering recommendations to our Client Success and Product Development teams that result in the best experience for our clients. You'll also enjoy the opportunity to work on new projects that you design yourself in order to achieve business outcomes.
Required skills and knowledge:- A background in delivering on project outcomes for a business;
- RoR experience;
- Experience with source control (particularly with Git); and
- Familiarity with working in Agile methodology.
Although not essential, the following would be a bonus:
- Postgres / SRL experience
- Knowledge of AWS and Phoenix/Elixir
