The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced sales, marketing or branding professional to join our global Head Office team, based in Brisbane, as Head of Employer Branding (EB).

Employer Branding is one of our Group's fastest-growing divisions, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the continued development and growth of our EB products and services.

The Head of EB will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining EB operations and strategies;
  • Working with our sales teams to develop the EB sales pipeline;
  • Connecting with prospects (senior decision makers in HR and C-Level roles) over the phone, video and face-to-face, to pitch and promote our EB products and services; and
  • Facilitating EB workshops with clients and working with our delivery team to produce EB strategies and content (including written, social and video content).

As with all of our leaders, you'll lead by example, spending up to 70% of your time focusing on paving the way, talking to prospects, and inspiring your team through your results - and 30% of your time undertaking leadership duties.

We're looking for a motivated and hungry individual who's keen to remain hands-on while undertaking operational management responsibilities. You'll get a thrill from chasing down the next opportunity, delivering EB strategy and content that is of an outstanding quality to our clients. You are someone who wants to continue this while challenging yourself in additional areas of leadership.

Experience in marketing, branding and/or advertising is required, as are well-developed people management skills and a strong focus on delivering results. A background in HR or recruitment would be ideal, however is not essential if you are able to demonstrate transferrable skills and experience.

Package and Perks

You'll be rewarded with a remuneration package made up of an attractive base salary and commissions related to individual and team performance (OTE of $120,000 - $150,000).

Our office is centrally located in Milton, with Brisbane river views and a short walk to transport, cafes and shops.

You'll be well supported by Marketing, Sales & Account Management, and Specialist Delivery teams who know the ropes and are invested in helping you and our EB business succeed.
